Assolutamente da fare !!! Vedere Dubai di notte è una cosa unica. Il tour è molto completo, le spiegazioni in madrelingua molto esplicative.

I used Big bus tours in April 2017 and booked unlimited attractions pass. Overall the experience was very good and I was able to see lot of places. The audio commentary was good and i could not observe any sync mismatch between the location and audio content. The tour guides for special excursions (night tour, sharjah tour, etc.) like night Glenda, Elian, driver Prakash and others were really helpful. Thought there were some bad experiences also and suggest Big bus team to take immediate action, listed below: 1. At Marina, for marina cruise there was no one to attend from big bus. I could see the TOUR DUBAI cruise in front of me but can't board as I need to cross the gate whose access is not available with me. Asked tour dubai guys to help me but instead they asked to wait for someone to exit so that gate will open and I can enter same time. 2. No information provided for the cruise operator of both Marina and Creek even when I specifically wrote a mail. I tried to directly reach the cruise site by myself and had lot if trouble finding the spot. Suggest to include the exact location (google maps coordinates/ location) to customers over mail after booking. Look forward for much better experience next time.

Is definitely one of the bes and most complete tours I have ever taken. Big bus Dubai is perhaps the most well rounded service that Big Bus provides. It includes a variety of tours and attractions that if taken individually would've amount to a significant fee. In the desert visit, Prakash our guide, was extremely helpful and helped me with the burden of photo taking with my girlfriend, well appreciated!! Overall this was an outstanding service.
